Sight seems alot slower then normal here lately

Has anyone else noticed that the sight here seems to be operating a lot slower then normal here lately. Everytime I try to open any thread it takes quite awhile for it to open.

I've noticed fewer posts than we used to have, but operationally, the site has been performing at very good pace; maybe a problem with your computer?

Also be advised that a new install of anti virus protection can slow things down. The rotten part is that a real good virus protection while it's doing its job can also slow down your puter

I haven't installed anything new, all the other talk sites I visit are all running normally and all the threads are opening up about the same speed with them as they always have.

When was the last time you did a Disk Defrag? Depending on certain computers, not doing that after a period of time will cause one to work slower. Just a thought.

Have done disk defragment within the past week, do a Virus scan each week. I don't think it is anything with my computer as I frequent 5-6 other talk sites and never notice any of them being so slow when opening a thread.
