I hope everyone had a good and safe 4th of July weekend.

Independence Day, isn't it wonderful? :)

It is wonderful. Even with all the crap going on in this country, it's still one of the best places to live (not to mention Canada of course).

We went to a great parade and then to a friends house on a local lake to watch a pretty good fireworks show. Then Sunday was my son's birthday so we took him out to dinner. He's 28 and getting married in November, so cash works well for a gift. ;) :D
