Hey, I have rebuilt a couple engines but they were nothin special and I wanna do a performance engine with a turbo. Can you give me any tips trick and things to look out for, and order when to have parts I should buy before and after machining. Or if you can give a link to a place on the net that has a tips on this stuff
Thanx

low compression, dish pistons, big chamber heads, roller valve train. if you are really gonna push some boost through it then you have to spend the money to make it strong. Oil pan failing is another thing that you will have to worry about too with all that boost, so big the bottom end to take it

not to tell you that you wont find alot of good advise here on this forum because you will, but i have a 92 gmc typhoon and troll around on syty.net, granted there all v-6's but there are alot of good turbo guys on that site , syclones and typhoon's running 9 seconds with a turbo v-6 and all wheel drive.
