steering wheels/seats

i have a 1993 caprice and looking to change the steering wheel, can i use a steering wheel from another car, or does it have to be from another caprice. Plus could i also put in different seat in my car from another car like an impala, or a pont bonavill, etc

If your splines in your steering wheel is the same and the electronic wiring, such as the horn and other things that might hook up on the wheel are the same sure use it. They sell nice wheels though Jegs for universal applications. I just don't think a ford will fit a chevy or toyoto. I think you have a ford application and chevy application and so on. So if the wheel your wanting to swap out is a ford more than likely its goin to fit. Also if you want to buy a mounting plate you can put almost any wheel you want on that thing. "steering wheel" that is.

I always heard that impala seats look nice in a caprice. Someone in this forum owns an impala he would know more about what to do for the seat change. I think though they will bolt right up, I might be wrong though.
