Windshield Cleaner Solution

Followup to an earlier request.The components of the subject mixture per Dave were distilled water,white vinegar and isopropyl alcohol.
I believe the proportions were four parts water,one part each of vinegar and alcohol.
Water is not mentioned in the internet article and a mix of vinegar and alcohol alone leaves a powerful aroma.
Can any confirm the proper mixture?

Why go though the bother!!!! Spend a couple of bucks and get the Rain-X windshield stuff. It will also let you see much better during rain.!!!
