We have the complete wiring for the engine, looking for help and
information on connecting the wiring from the LT1 to the wiring on the sonoma 2.5 L and information would help thank you. sorry i did not put the year of the engine 1997 350 LT1.

For a simplier installation: Junk the computer wiring put an aluminum intake and 4 barrel carburator on it. Much simplier.

Willey you cant just bolt on a carb....the lt1 is a reverse cooling engine and the distributer is a OPTI spark unit mounted under ther waterpump on the front of the block.
Id switch it over to OBDI cause OBDII is a pain, 4 O2 sensors instead of 2. The extra go after the catalitic converter. 2 before and 2 after.
www.zappcm.com can do programming Id reflash with caprice PCM info cause the caprice and S10 use the same 8.5 rearend so it would be easier to dial in the odometer/speedometer.

Trucks did this exact project on a newer eXtreme S10

Did you label the wire harness ends left bank primary O2 and left bank secondary O2, IAT sensor, Thotle Position Sensor, bla bla bla sensor

gutt the old PCM and harness and install the new.
Its all fun!
Dont forget to upgrade the fuel pump. The 300hp LT1 sucks more fuel than the 2.5 and lack of fuel is dangerous
