Somebody knows how I can get the electrical circuit of the radiator fan or somebody can describe it?
The last "mechanic" turn it on always when the ignition is on.
Because of this, the engine never achieve the good work temperature.

Your engine temperature will get up to correct level whether or whether not the fan is on, (your coolant doesn't even go to the radiator until the engine warms) of course that is if your thermostat is working correctly, if fact, that is the job of the thermostat. Now if the thermostat is bad, (in your case probably stuck open) that's one thing, and if the fan operates all the time, well that is another question.

Sorry by the english but, I would like to restore the original electrical circuit of the radiator fan.
Like I said before, the fan go on when we turn the ignition on.
If the fan is running all the time the engine never warm at the good point of temperature.
The termostatic is in good shape, when I take out the fuse of the fan, the engine warm.
