I am now getting no fire to the plugs.
I have new coils and new ignition module.
It's been starting but now will not start due to no spark.
I have put in new plugs and set gap to spec.
New plug wires.
I 'm beginning to think the new ignition module may be bad.
Does anyone know how to test that module?
I've already replaced the ignition module twice.
I 'm going to start checking the wires in the harness coming to
the module.
I have the factory manuel but most of their tests are using the gm tester.
The other thing I need to check is the cam/crank sensor.
Does anyone know how to test this.
It's located behind the crank balancer and is very hard to get to.
Add on note.

I just found out that after the car sits a few hours, gets cold it
starts fine. After the engine reaches normal temp (220 on gage)
after you shut down it will not start-no fire from coil(all three)
I'm still trying to find a quick test for the combination(cam/crank)
sensor.

have you check input & output voltages for all your components?

backtrac a little and check the source voltage to your coil, if zero go further back and so on. or a bad ground? Since you've been working under the hood maybe your bumping against a wire and have a go-no-go situation. It's a 92. weather, age or breaks can occur over the years.
