Doug, Just stopped by...nothing else going on, right now. Read the post about that guy's V-10 Ford spitting out a sparkplug...amusing. Then Steve (Beefy) had to open his pie hole about that gas guzzling, POS, 1998 Ford Expedition he bought. I almost fell off my chair, laughing! $800, let's see, that's $650 too much for a '98 Expedition with a ruined cylinder head. I'm still laughing...

Doug, My brother is on his way, finally. He decided to make the Route 66 trip from California to Chicago in his 1935 Ford sedan...Of course, he's no fool...The sedan is powered by a '99 Corvette LS1 engine and transmission. His wife is accompanying him on the trip and they're documenting the trip on "Facebook".
At last communication, they were leaving Santa Rosa, New Mexico headed for Texas today (7/22/09)....Don't know how close you are to RT 66, but he's on his way...
