1948 f1 info

I bought a 1948 f1 pick-up about 9 years ago. Cab and box is very solid, except for floor in the box, but no front sheet metal. About 6 months ago I bought a 49 f3 with no box. By just looking at the two of them, the only difference is the suspension set up.
My question is, Is there any physical/ dimensional differences difference in the sheet metal? Wheel openings, cab width, frame length, etc?
Thanks
Steve

Because without the front fenders for the F1, I can't compare to the F3. Actually, I was just hoping there was someone here that knew the answer from experience. Since, I thought, that is what we were doing here on this forum, helping each other.
