Need name of $500 car charity from show

I saw on the show once where they did some work on a car that was getting donated to a charity that sold vehicles for $500 to people in need. I am trying to find out the name of that charity, because I am in need of some type of a van or minivan that is safe and practical. I am paralyzed and in a wheelchair as a result of a horrible accident where I was rear-ended on a highway while driving a motorcycle, by an idiot on a cell phone. I barely survived. The accident messed me up big time with lots of complications including some memory issues, and I had to relearn how to write, talk and eat. I don't know the locations of the charity, but I am located in socal near the Riverside area. Or maybe there is somebody out there in my area that has a vehicle like I need that they would sell me inexpensively. Thanks in advance everybody.

They are located in North Carolina. With a little assistance getting the car to you in California isn't out of the question. In the meantime I'll see if there is someone in your area that can lend a hand.

Yes that is the place I saw on the show. However, I am not affiliated with any of the agencies they deal with. And I am not in NC. Thanks for your help though with the info. I will try an ad on CL in my area and see if that helps.
