wiley help again lol

i got the new jegs magizine infront of me.. you said to go ahead and not to get too big of cam and buy one of the $70 crane cams. i got it right here.. what rpm range should i wanna get? i want something that will slide right in and not make me change alot and i have this friend that put a big cam in his car.. he has to choke it for 5min because its soo big.. i want one that'll give me more power. but that will be decent for street driving too..
