Cold weather trouble

It was 14 degrees this AM and my 95 Voyager 3.3 started just fine and I drove it 20 miles to work. I went to start it at lunch when it was 30 degrees and it started for a few seconds then died. I started it again and same thing. From that point on all I could do was crank it but it wouldn't run. Is there ice in the line that is blocking the gas filter or line? If it's the cold, is there a easy way to heat it up without waiting till the temp goes back up?

Thansk!
