points ignition

i have a 1988 Yugo GVX with a 1.3L engine i have shaved the head and rebuilt the whole engine i have the compression up to 10.5:1 and just rebuilt the carb. It has an old stock Bosh points ignition and i was lookin to upgrade to something better. I do not know much about the ignition systems and was wondering what would be the most efective and best way to improve the cars ignition. I need alot of spark cause i think the main problem now is that the spark is weak and its a real pain when its wet out... i have a brand new stock set up so i know its not the components that are the problem i just need something high end. thank you in advance
