Junk all over the place.

Yeah... i have a buch of junk in my engine compartment, i was to loose the ac, but there is a hugantic mounting plate that also holds the power stearing. I want to keep the power stearing, but i dont want this massive mounting plate. what can i do? should i just cut it off where it is not needed, or does some one make a chrome 76 ford 302 power stearing mount?

76 Mustang II is on a distinguished road
it's simple....

It's not just for 1976... the 302 block (and 5.0 same difference) have not changed since 1969.... the mounting locations are all the same, for P/S, A/C, Alt, Smog pump... You can get an A/C delete bracket from Ford, OR you can get the purty shinys from www.marchperf.com But I personally wouldn't waste money on chrome until you go through that oil eater....nuff said

Have you checked your tire pressure this week?
