Pirate Jacks Auto Restoration

Has anyone else ordered from Pirate Jacks? I saw their products on an episode and ordered a rear disk brake conversion for my 68 Camaro. I've had nothing but problems with it and I've called Pirate Jacks three times over the course of the last three weeks, left my phone number, but have never received a call back.

I can find no reviews against Pirate Jacks other than the one you posted here, and on another site...word for word.

Customer Service is key for any company and regardless of the problems you've been having, somebody should have called you back.

I just read the whole thread that you posted on Northstar Camaro Club's website.

It awesome that somebody from TGG Marketing helped you out. Very good and thumbs up to those behind the scenes at TGG.

Here is that post: ----> http://www.northstarcamaroclub.com/F...s-dot-Net.aspx

Welcome to the Garage.

Okay duanecourteau, or should I say dcourteau? You received an apology from the marketing department that produces Two Guys Garage? Marketing Department? These are your words just for the record.

dcourteau

I left a complaint about one of the sponsors of Two Guys Garage (Pirate jacks) and guess what? I got a letter from the marketing department that produces Two Guys Garage and they apologized. They also said they were going to forward my email to Pirate Jacks for them to respond. Just thought it was kinda cool that somebody actually responded.
You really want to stick with this story? I'm responding to you now and you don't have to make it up. Now how can we help you in the future if you're not true to us?

Welcome to the forum!

Daniel, where do you think those cool products and ads we see on the show come from..... The marketing department.

I believe him and I think it speaks well for the show to have somebody from the show contact one of the shows sponsors and say, "Hey, what's up?"

Beefy, if what he's saying is true, I'll eat every word I said. But I've watched pretty much every show and I don't remember these guys (Pirate Jacks) nor do I see them as sponsors in the episode guides.

BigBry and others are pretty busy as it is and for them to send him a letter apologizing, I find that kind of hard to believe. But I've been wrong many times before.

duanecourteau, like I said, if I'm wrong, I apologize. I would really like to see this letter though.

Just make sure you put a lot of tenderizing seasoning on those words.

Don't feel bad, I thought I was going to have to eat some crow myself. Doesn't taste good the second time around.

Guy came in with one post. Not really sure what the made up story is about. Oh well. Hope he got out of it what he wanted.
