car rotisserie

i am in the process of rebuilding a 69 mustang with the usual rust for that type of car that old. i have seen the rotisserie used in many articles in various magazines and just lately on crankandchrome.. those units cost an arm and a leg. does anyone have plans for one of those things cause i do have mig welder and there are enough metal shops in my area that i can get the square tubing cheap, and make my own. if anyone has any idea where i can get plans please e-mail me at hyde898@aol.com. my name is dan and i'm in cleveland ohio. thanks

plans

I just saw the plans on how to build one at www.myclassiccar.com Click on the "How To" at the top and once you're at that page, click on the title on the left "Body/Frame Rotator." Cruz

What do you consider an arm and a leg?
There is always this one for around $550: http://www.accessiblesystems.com/JrFullCaster.htm

If you plan on doing your own, there are lots of different ways to go about it--if you look at my site (http://home.earthlink.net/~jimzdat/280.html)
you can see how I did mine--I built it out of scrap, so cost was low, but I also built another one for someone else, and the total bill for metal, casters, etc was about $350
