85 toyota celica
let's see. a friend of mine has a 85 celica, & he claims that the car overheats upon driving on the freeway. it doesn't happen while in traffic. we changed the water pump, thermostat, hoses. any ideas?

change the rad fluid

well, you know...LOL
Try flushing the cooling system, and checking the fan wiring, sensors etc...

If the radiator is original, its probably time for a new one..

water flow is ok, & changed the radiator, thermostat, water pump, & flushed system

Pressure test the system,may find block or head leakage. Check engine timing.
