Timing settings for a 1989 Ford 302 w/ fuel injection

I am looking for the timing numbers I should set my timing to for this engine.

Aslo can I use my inductive light or is this going to require a magnetic probe type, which I do not have?

While I am on the topic...has anyone found a way to replace the thermostat for this 302 with- out loosening the distributor like I found nesssesary.
