But then you won't look as pretty or be as fast. This thing is supposed to compete nicely with a Ferrari. It is not even in the same class as the Vette. This is a Super Car. A Vette is an awesome car but it is no Super Car. There is a huge difference.

spending big bucks on a ford sounds like a bad idea to me. If I was gonna drop major $ on a supercar, it would be a McLaren F1, or a Saleen S7, That fugger can drive upsidedown!

The S7 is sweet but the GT has nostalgic value.

(GASP) I wouldn't go as far to say I love Fords, but I do like a nice car when I see it. I guess that's why I'm not a Ford fan. well said vetteonr, that gt-40 is an awesome looking car-what is a super car? is it just a title to warrant more of your money, isn't it a car? just because it can't compete with a 'vette(price per performance) they try to put it in another bracket-lol

The only way to indentify a supercar is to see if it has a big red "S" on the hood. LOL

LOL It is a new moniker I think and Danny is probably correct. I remember when they were called Exotic. Point is they were not built to compete with the Vette. The production numbers are so low, and collectors are snatching em up so fast, I will probably never see one. Maybe you guys in the big city will get lucky.

If you can't see the big red S all ya have to look for is the blue cape.

for some reason im thinking of beefey wearing a superman costume, driving a gt40. GROOOOOOS.

Suprecar is basically a sports car, way overdone. Like a f1, saleen, shelby series 1, basically stuff youl never have even if yo win the lottery.
