Hurricane Charley
I am listening to the Hurrican net on 14.325 USB.
This sounds like a bad one. I hope the 3 guys are doing OK. BigBry too! Health and Welfare is on 14.265 USB This is being run by SATERN (Salvation Army) and they are having problems with intentional interference. I can't believe some HAMS are this ignorant.

BTW, For those who don't know.....A net is a group of Ham Radio Operators who band together and pass information back to NET Control. Right now as we speak there are folks who are driving around, looking around reporting wind speed, location, flooding etc. to some other guy who reports to the authorities.

These kind of storms i dont like.........they cause so much distress and damage and take lives.........I am praying for all that are in it and hope for their safety!!

No prob. I don't think they got a bunch of damage but if your worried and can't get through on the phone, call the Salvation Army and they will send an Amateur Radio Operator to check on him.
