low voltage at fuel pump 2000 S10 4.3

my voltage reads 4.92 volts replaced relay. what would cause that?

first welcome to the forum. do you still have a low reading after replacing the relay?

yes i still have low voltage.i tested at pump and test block on frame rail.4.96 volts.
